摘要:

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病。该病的发生不仅会对患者的呼吸系统功能造成影响,还与认知功能障碍(CI)存在密切联系。文章结合近年来的相关研究,对COPD合并CI的发病机制、诊断方法以及干预措施进行综述,旨在为进一步深入研究和临床实践提供参考。

Abstract:

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD) is a common chronic respiratory disease, which not only affects the respiratory system function of patients, but also has a close association with cognitive impairment(CI). Based on the relevant studies in recent years, this article reviews the pathogenesis, diagnostic methods and intervention measures of COPD complicated with CI, aiming to provide references for further in-depth research and clinical practice.
