糖尿病足溃疡(DFUs)是导致截肢的重要病因,临床需探究DFUs愈合障碍的机制,以寻找治疗靶点。细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)是调控细胞G1/S期转换的关键因子,对创伤修复至关重要。在糖尿病环境中,Cyclin D1低表达不利于创面修复。现综述Cyclin D1在糖尿病创面愈合中的作用机制及进展。
Abstract:Diabetic foot ulcers(DFUs) are a major cause of amputations, necessitating clinical exploration into the mechanisms underlying impaired DFU healing to identify therapeutic targets. Cyclin D1 is a key regulator of the G1/S phase transition in the cell cycle and is crucial for wound repair. In a diabetic environment, the low expression of Cyclin D1 is detrimental to wound healing. This article reviews the mechanism and progress of Cyclin D1 in diabetic wound healing.
