［目的］探讨轮叶党参多糖的抗肿瘤作用．［方法］按标准方法给 ５０只小鼠接种Ｓ１８０肉瘤细胞 后，随机分成 ４组：①对照组：每天灌胃蒸馏水 １０ ｍＬ／ｋｇ；②实验 １组：每天灌胃轮叶党参多糖 ０．５ ｇ／ｋｇ； ③实验 ２组：每天灌胃轮叶党参多糖 １ｇ／ｋｇ；④实验 ３组：每天灌胃轮叶党参多糖 ２ ｇ／ｋｇ．连续 １０ｄ后，观 察瘤重及体重．［结果］０．５，１．０，２．０ ｇ／ｋｇ的轮叶党参多糖对 Ｓ１８０。肉瘤生长抑制率分别为 １５％，３５％及 ５４％，中剂量和高剂量的抑制率高于对照组．高剂量组的体重下降幅度低于对照组．［结论］轮叶党参多 糖对小鼠Ｓ１８０肉瘤有抑制作用．

OBJECTIVE To study the anti-tumor effects of Codonopsis Lanceolata Polysaccharide (CLP). METHODS 50 mice were inoculated with the sarcocarcinoma S18o according to the standard method and were randomly divided into four groups: ①control group: 10 mL/kg of distilled water was perfused into stomach every day; ②experimental group 1: 0. 5 g/kg of the CLP; ③experimental group 2: 1 g/kg of the CLPI ④ experimental group 3: 2 g/kg of the CLP. After 10 days, and body and tumor weight were detected. RESULTS the inhibition rate of the CLP for sarcocarcinoma S18o was 15%, 35% and 54% in experimental groups, respectively and in experimental group 2 and 3 higher than in control group. CONCLUSION CLP have anti-tumor effects to rats sarcocarcinoma S180k.
