[目的]调查大学生中医养生保健素养现状及影响因素.[方法]采用便利抽样方法选取450名大学生进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷342份,调查问卷参照《中国公民中医养生保健素养》自行设计.[结果]342名中具有中医养生保健素养的大学生为177名(51.8%),其中具有基本理念和知识素养的为295名(86.3%),具有健康生活方式与行为素养的为320名(93.6%),具有常用养生保健素养的为183名(53.5%),具有常用养生保健简易方法素养的为116名(33.9%).参加中医课程学习和做健康风险评估是中医养生保健素养的影响因素.[结论]大学生中医养生保健素养水平需提高,参加中医课程学习和健康风险评估与大学生中医养生保健素养水平具有相关性.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of health care literacy of traditional Chinese medicine and its influencing factors in college students.METHODS 450 college students were selected with convenience sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey,324 valid questionnaires were taken back.The questionnaire was designed according to《Chinese citizens health care literacy of traditional Chinese medicine》.RESULTS 177 out of 342 college students had the health care literacy of traditional Chinese medicine(51.8%).295 college students had the rationale and knowledge literacy(86.3%).320 college students had the healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy(93.6%).183 college students had the common health care literacy(53.5%).116 college students had the simple method of common health care literacy(33.9%).Attending traditional Chinese medicine courses and health risk assessment were the influencing factors of health care literacy of traditional Chinese medicine.CONCLUSION The level of health care literacy of traditional Chinese medicine of college students should be improved,which was related with attending traditional Chinese medicine courses and health risk assessment.
