人参及其活性成分在肿瘤放射治疗中的应用进展

摘要:

人参(Panax ginseng)作为一种传统中药,因其丰富的生物活性成分在抗癌治疗中的应用逐渐引起广泛关注。人参皂苷(ginsenosides)作为人参的重要活性成分,展现出显著的生物学效应,包括免疫调节、抗氧化及抗炎等功能。近年来的研究表明,人参不仅能够缓解放射治疗(放疗)引起的副作用,还可能增强放疗的疗效,显示出其作为辅助治疗药物的潜力。然而,尽管目前已有大量研究探讨人参在放疗中的应用,具体的作用机制仍需进一步澄清。此外,人参及其成分的临床应用价值也亟待更系统的研究与验证。文章旨在综述人参及其活性成分在人类肿瘤放疗中应用的研究进展,分析其在放疗中的作用机制,以期为相关领域的研究提供参考与启示。

Abstract:

Panax ginseng, a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, has gradually attracted widespread attention for its potential application in cancer treatment due to its rich bioactive components. Ginsenosides, as the primary active constituents of ginseng, exhibit significant biological effects, including immunomodulation, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory functions. Recent studies suggest that ginseng not only can alleviate the side effects induced by radiotherapy but may also enhance its therapeutic efficacy, demonstrating its potential as an adjuvant therapy. However, although numerous studies have explored the application of ginseng in radiotherapy, the specific mechanisms of action still require further clarification. Moreover, the clinical application value of ginseng and its components urgently needs more systematic investigation and validation. This article aims to review the research progress on the application of Panax ginseng and its active components in human tumor radiotherapy, analyzing their mechanisms of action in radiotherapy, to provide reference and insights for research in related fields.
