霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL)作为一种高度异质性的恶性肿瘤,近年来已然跻身世界十大高发恶性肿瘤之列。以往研究局限于传统炎症指标的风险评估及预后预测,现阶段外周血新型炎症标志物因简便易测、成本低廉等特点逐渐受到关注。文章综述了血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、系统性免疫炎症指数(SⅡ)、系统性炎症反应指数(SIRI)和全身炎症综合指数(AISI)等外周血新型炎症标志物在HL诊断和预后评估中的应用价值,并提出未来研究方向和临床应用建议。
Abstract:Hodgkin lymphoma(HL), a highly heterogeneous malignant tumor, has ranked among the world's top ten most common malignancies in recent years. Previous research was limited to traditional inflammatory indicators for risk assessment and prognosis prediction. Currently, novel peripheral blood inflammatory markers are gradually gaining attention due to their characteristics of being simple, easy to measure, and low-cost. This article reviews the application value of novel peripheral blood inflammatory markers, such as the platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR), neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR), systemic immune-inflammation index(SⅡ), systemic inflammation response index(SIRI), and aggregate index of systemic inflammation(AISI), in the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of HL, and proposes future research directions and clinical application suggestions.
