目的：探讨综合防控干预措施在多重耐药菌医院感染控制中的应用效果。方法：选取2024年1月—12月在延边大学附属医院住院治疗的100例患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组接受综合防控干预。比较两组多重耐药菌医院感染控制效果。结果：观察组患者多重耐药菌感染发生率低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。观察组医护人员各项医院感染防控措施落实率均高于对照组医护人员（P<0.05）。观察组医护人员医院感染知识掌握率均高于对照组医护人员（P<0.05）。结论：对住院患者实施综合防控干预可有效降低多重耐药菌医院感染的发生率，保障医疗安全，值得临床推广。

Objective: To investigate the application effect of comprehensive prevention and control interventions in the management of multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO) healthcare-associated infections(HAIs). Methods: A total of 100 patients hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from January to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received comprehensive prevention and control interventions. The effectiveness of MDRO HAI control was compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of MDRO infections in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The implementation rates of all HAI prevention and control measures among healthcare workers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The mastery rate of HAI knowledge among healthcare workers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Implementing comprehensive prevention and control interventions for inpatients can effectively reduce the incidence of MDRO HAIs and ensure medical safety, making it worthy of clinical promotion.
