[目的 ]系统评价基于自我同情的护理干预对癌症患者心理健康结局的改善效果.[方法 ]检索Web of Science、PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、Cochrane Library、Science Direct、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普期刊全文数据库及中国生物医学文献服务系统中基于自我同情的护理干预应用于癌症患者的随机对照试验研究方面的文献,检索时限为从建库至2023年8月.由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料、评价文献质量,使用RevMan5.2软件进行Meta分析.[结果 ]共计纳入11项研究,包含698例研究对象.Meta分析结果显示,基于自我同情的护理干预可显著提高癌症患者的正念(SMD=0.66,95%CI [0.36,0.96],P<0.001)和自我同情水平(SMD=0.55,95%CI [0.39,0.71],P<0.001),明显缓解焦虑情绪(SMD=-0.53,95%CI[-1.05,-0.02],P=0.04)和抑郁情绪(SMD=-0.26,95%CI [-0.43,-0.09],P=0.003).[结论 ]基于自我同情的护理干预可有效提高癌症患者的正念和自我同情水平,并缓解焦虑与抑郁情绪.
