目的：探讨耳穴埋豆联合吴茱萸穴位热奄包护理对肝癌介入术后疼痛的影响。方法：选取2023年1月—2025年1月厦门市中医院收治的80例肝癌介入术后患者，分为常规护理组（常规护理）和埋豆-热奄包组（耳穴埋豆联合吴茱萸穴位热奄包护理），每组40例，比较两组护理效果。结果：干预前，两组疼痛程度评分差异不显著（P> 0.05）；干预后7天，埋豆-热奄包组疼痛程度评分低于常规护理组（P <0.05）。干预前，两组各项生活质量评分差异不显著（P> 0.05）；干预后7天，埋豆-热奄包组各项生活质量评分高于常规护理组（P <0.05）。结论：耳穴埋豆联合吴茱萸穴位热奄包护理能有效减轻肝癌介入术后患者疼痛，提高生活质量。

Objective: To investigate the effect of auricular seed embedding combined with Evodia rutaecarpa acupoint hot compress nursing on pain after interventional surgery for liver cancer. Methods: A total of 80 patients after interventional surgery for liver cancer admitted to Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected and divided into a routine nursing group(routine nursing) and an embedding-hot compress group(auricular seed embedding combined with Evodia rutaecarpa acupoint hot compress nursing), with 40 cases in each group. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results: Before intervention, there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P﹥0.05); at 7 days after intervention, the pain score in the embedding-hot compress group was lower than that in the routine nursing group(P﹤0.05). Before intervention, there were no significant differences in various quality-of-life scores between the two groups(P﹥0.05); at 7 days after intervention, the various quality-of-life scores in the embedding-hot compress group were higher than those in the routine nursing group(P﹤0.05). Conclusion: Auricular seed embedding combined with Evodia rutaecarpa acupoint hot compress nursing can effectively alleviate pain and improve quality of life in patients after interventional surgery for liver cancer.
