目的：探讨至灵菌丝胶囊在慢性肾功能不全治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取河北北方学院附属于2022年1月—2024年2月收治的160例慢性肾功能不全患者，将其随机分为治疗组与对照组，各80例。两组均进行基础治疗。对照组使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗，治疗组在对照组用药基础上使用至灵菌丝胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组肾功能指标、血液流变学指标、24 h尿蛋白定量均优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率相比，差异不显著（P > 0.05）。结论：至灵菌丝胶囊应用于慢性肾功能不全治疗中，可有效改善患者临床指标，且安全性较高。

Objective: To investigate the application effect of Zhiling Junsi Capsules in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency. Methods: A total of 160 patients with chronic renal insufficiency admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 80 cases in each group. Both groups received basic treatment. The control group was treated with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets, while the treatment group was treated with Zhiling Junsi Capsules in addition to the medication used in the control group. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The renal function indicators, hemorheology indicators, and 24-hour urinary protein quantification in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion: The application of Zhiling Junsi Capsules in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients with high safety.
