[目的]探讨中药牡丹皮中丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺.[方法]采用乙醇回流法提取牡丹皮中丹皮酚并进行含量测定.[结果]乙醇回流法提取丹皮酚的最优提取条件为乙醇体积分数75%,提取温度80℃,提取时间2.0 h.[结论]在上述工艺下提取的丹皮酚含量最高，且操作简单，成本较低，适用于大规模提取.
Abstract：OBJECTIVE To explore the optimum extraction technology of paeonol from Cortex Moutan. METHODS Ethanol reflux method was used to extract paeonol from Cortex Moutan and the content was determined. RESULTS The optimal extraction conditions of paeonol by ethanol reflux method were 75% ethanol, 80 ℃ extraction temperature and 2.0 h extraction time. CONCLUSION The content of paeonol extracted under the above conditions was the highest, and the operation was simple and the cost was low. It was suitable for large-scale extraction.
