摘要(Abstract):

<正>世界卫生组织在1997年宣布肥胖是一种慢性疾病[1],肥胖可导致心血管疾病、糖尿病、高血压、高血脂,且与多种慢性疾病的产生密切相关[2],因此寻找治疗肥胖的药物已成为医学界研究的热点.脂肪酶在人类的健康和疾病中发挥着重要作用,除在人体消化、运输和加工食用脂类中发挥作用外还参与水解各种脂质底物以调节膜完整性、
